" To provide support, strength and opportunity for positive growth to youth, their families, and the community through education, recreation, intervention, and outreach. While programs stress opportunity for youth through participation in community activities and the implementation of educational, cultural, recreational, and social programs to encourage, counsel, and foster ideas of concern to the youth of the area, efforts are not limited to youth alone. Through its programs, PMYCS seeks to establish a dialogue, provide, direction, and foster understanding among all elements of society, to promote ideas, share concerns, and provide constructive avenues in the community to resolve problems through conflict resolution and mutual understanding in a socially acceptable manner.
