Programs
 

              
Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts presents over 5,000 events, performances, tours, and educational activities every year. The organization's series “Lincoln Center Presents” includes "American Songbook," "Great Performers," "Lincoln Center Festival," "Lincoln Center Out of Doors," "Midsummer Night Swing," and the "Mostly Mozart Festival." These programs offer more than 400 performances of music, opera, theater, dance, and multi-media events each year. In addition, the organization's educational branch, the Lincoln Center Institute for the Arts in Education, puts on programs that serve more than 200,000 students enrolled in over 400 schools grades K-12 throughout the metropolitan area and across the nation. The Lincoln Center Out of Doors program puts on more than 100 free and family-oriented music, dance, theater, puppetry, and other offerings each August.
