Dutchess Outreach, Inc meets the 20 Standards for Charity Accountability.


1. Beverly Closs Memorial Food Pantry-Provides up to three days worth of food for the entire household, eligible every 30 days. 2. The Lunch Box- A soup kitchen open six days a week and serves midday meals and some evening meals. 3. Giving Individuals Food For The Soul (GIFTS)-Provides people living with HIV/AIDS with nutritious home-delivered meals. 4. Children’s Clothes Closet-Free, new and gently used children’s clothing. 5. Acts of Kindness (AOK)-Provides free household items to people in need.) 6. Emergency Assistance and Advocacy Program-Provides a one-time emergency financial assistance, such as utility bill, rent or mortgage payment and prescriptions. Our case managers also advocate for clients and refer them to other services or programs that may help them.
