The Alzheimer's Association, New York City Chapter provides information, assistance, and support to patients, caregivers, and professionals throughout the five boroughs of New York City. The Chapter sponsors many programs, including the 24-Hour Helpline, support groups for caregivers and early stage patients, training and education for professionals, and the MedicAlert + Safe Return Program, which helps locate patients who get lost. The Chapter has also recently added new programs, such as the Chinese Outreach Program and Physician Outreach Program.
