In response and in order to meet the complex needs of seriously at-risk children and their families, ABC's programs are replicable, comprehensive, cost-effective, and provide the highest quality early childhood education, educational advocacy, housing, health and mental health services, crisis intervention, family support and preservation, year-round youth programs, and an open door to the community as a refuge and resource for destitute, isolated families.
